Requirements:
1, under 35 years old, master's degree or above, polymer/materials/organic chemistry/electrochemistry and other related majors.
2. At least 2 years of research and development experience in polymer materials and adhesive materials, and relevant experience in lithium battery industry is preferred.
3, solid professional knowledge, master the formula design principles and methods of polymer material synthesis, master the thermal properties, mechanical properties, structural characterization, molecular weight and other analysis and testing methods.
4. Excellent logical thinking and reasoning ability, willing to accept challenges, good at innovation;
Responsibilities:
1, responsible for industry or product or material development trend tracking and analysis, or research customer needs, product development ideas and reports;
2, responsible for the design and development of new products and the implementation of improvement iteration of old products, etc., to achieve the established plan and goal;
3. Responsible for experimental research on the difficulties in new products and new processes to achieve development and improvement goals;
4. Be responsible for the feasibility analysis and evaluation of new product development, prepare the design scheme and task book of the project product, participate in the stage result review, and ensure the research and development progress and product commercialization to achieve the goal;
5, responsible for the production of test plan, test plan, engineering change and other related documents, and write patents;
6. Responsible for determining material technical standards and inspection specifications, and supporting the solution of quality, process and after-sales problems.
