Requirements:
1. Under 35 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, materials, new energy and other related fields
2. At least 2 years working experience in R & D and quality testing in manufacturing industry, working experience in lithium battery industry is preferred
3, familiar with the use of materials testing related instruments and data processing, laboratory management experience is preferred
4. Have strong learning ability and initiative, good team spirit and rigorous work attitude, can independently carry out and promote work, strong sense of responsibility and execution, strong ability to resist pressure
Responsibilities:
1, responsible for product development and trial production process quality performance evaluation and testing;
2, responsible for the statistics, sorting and filing of test data;
3, responsible for the optimization and verification of test methods;
4, responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of test equipment;
5. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the company or superior leaders.
