Requirements:
1. Under 40 years old, bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, major in chemistry/materials/new energy is preferred.
2. At least 3 years working experience in lithium battery materials, familiar with downstream customers and market conditions of lithium battery materials, and have major customer resources in lithium battery industry.
3, love sales, group and willing to take the initiative to communicate, strong expression ability, strong execution;
4, with keen business opportunity capture ability and opportunity judgment, and can quickly attack to obtain customer trust.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for formulating annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly sales plan and customer development plan according to the company's annual plan, and strive to achieve the established goals;
2, responsible for regular visits to customers, continuously improve customer satisfaction, improve sales performance;
3. Be responsible for actively recommend the company's products and services to customers and obtaining orders;
4. Be responsible for obtaining and sorting out customer demand and competition information, timely report to the company, and actively feedback customers;
5, responsible for sales collection and follow-up, to achieve the collection rate target.
