Requirements:
1.25-40 years old, college degree or above, major in mechanical design, automation, mechatronics, etc;
2, 3 years or above working experience in equipment maintenance and management related positions, familiar with CAD, ERP, PPT and other working software;
3, familiar with the fine chemical industry: fluid transportation, weight filling, labeling and packaging equipment is preferred;
Responsibilities
1. Contact and deal with the new construction, renovation, environmental rectification and other projects of the workshop, coordinate with the superior to formulate the procurement of new equipment, organize the selection and purchase of equipment, and control the whole process of selection-installation and commissioning to ensure the progress and quality;
2. Docking production line demand, the production efficiency, labor intensity, working environment and other aspects of continuous optimization;
3. Management of fixed assets and spare parts, predictive maintenance of related equipment, preparation of maintenance plans at all levels.
4. Provide professional technical knowledge guidance to production staff on equipment repair, troubleshooting, process and automation settings;
