GP-R7X series: It is a polymer emulsion with a core-shell structure that is "rigid on the outside and flexible on the inside," with a particle size (D50) adjustable in the range of 2 to 8 μm. It has advantages such as good dispersion, uniform particle size, high peel strength, excellent electrolyte resistance, high electrochemical stability, and outstanding electrolyte wettability, and it is environmentally friendly. Coating this product onto the separator and applying a certain pressure at room temperature or high temperature can enhance the bonding strength between the separator and the electrode, reduce interfacial resistance, improve the hardness of the battery, and suppress battery deformation and internal misalignment.
